Classes will run through the School Summer holidays. There are 5 weeks starting 23rd July. All welcome Back to normal Monday, 3rd September 2018
Hatha Yoga, which is a gentle style of yoga, has been helping people to balance their body, mind and emotions for more than 6,000 years. Regular practice is designed to increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. Excellent for helping to release stiff joints, backs, hips and shoulders. We will work on postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama) and meditation, followed by relaxation. At all times in class, you should aim to feel steady, strong and comfortable and never try anything which hurts you. As we all have unique bodies, the Yoga practice can be adapted to suit your needs. You will find that you sleep better, digestion improves and stress is reduced after the first class and continues to improve over 6 weeks.
A health questionnaire is attached if you would like to fill it in and bring it along to your first class to save time filling one in at the venue.
Also let me know of any illness, injury or recent operations or if you are pregnant at the start of class.
Payment Options are drop-in or 5-week blocks payable in advance which save you money.
